Loyalty that tells you
the truth about itself.
Your regulars earn every time they pay — no app, no card, nothing to scan. And at the end of the month we tell you how much of that was actually new money, because we deliberately leave some guests alone and compare.
They just pay
Your guest links the card they already use. Points land on their own. Nobody has to remember anything at the till — which is why most loyalty programmes quietly die.
A table, not a discount
Hold back a couple of tables on your busiest nights for members who pay to be members. That is something a full restaurant can sell that a coupon never could.
It knows when to shut up
On a night that is already filling, it spends nothing. Paying people to come when they were coming anyway is how these things lose money.
It proves it
Some of your guests are never texted, on purpose. The difference between them and everyone else is your number. No other loyalty tool will show you this.
How it works
We plug into your POS
Toast, Square or Chowbus. Read-only — we watch checks close, we never touch your terminal or your menu. Setup is a login and about ten minutes.
A guest joins in one step
They scan the code on the check, give a phone number, and link the card they already pay with. No app to download, no account to remember. A Regulars card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet if they want one.
Points land by themselves
A dollar is a point. Two hundred points becomes a $5 credit, applied the next time they eat. Nobody at the till has to do anything — the card they paid with is the loyalty card.
We text them only when it helps
A quiet Tuesday, a table that opened up, a credit about to expire. Never on a night you are already full. Guests reply STOP once and we never text them again.
At month end, the honest number
A slice of your guests is deliberately left out of every campaign. What the texted guests spent, minus what that untouched slice spent, is what Regulars actually earned you. That is the number we report.
What it costs
$349 a month per restaurant. If you sell memberships, we take 10% of those — the rest goes straight to your bank, not ours.
About our text messages
Guests join a restaurant’s Regulars programme by scanning a code at the restaurant and entering their own mobile number, then confirming a one-time code we text them. That confirmation is the opt-in — we never add a number any other way, and we never buy or import lists.
Members receive messages about their own account and the restaurant they joined: points earned, credits ready to use, a table held for them, and occasional offers. Expect roughly two to six messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers are never sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing — see our privacy policy.
